To qualify:

* You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
* You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
* The harness must only have been used for its intended purpose.
* Normal signs of trying the harness on walks are accepted.
* The harness must not have been deliberately damaged, altered, excessively chewed or damaged through misuse.
* If your purchase included a harness and leash set or other bundled items, all items included within the bundle must be returned.
* The guarantee may only be claimed once per customer for the same harness product.
Returning Your Harness
To make a claim, submit a return request through our returns portal and select **30-Day Money-Back Guarantee** as the reason for your return.
Once your return has been approved, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Your Refund
